Camaguey, Nov 16 (ACN) A flight from Cancun, Mexico, with 90 passengers on board, arrived at the Ignacio Agramonte International Airport in this eastern Cuban city as the air terminal reopened doors November 16 to international tourists.
The airport expects flights from Mexico and the Dominican Republic on a weekly basis while COVID-19 surveillance and control measures keep in force in the air terminal, said airport official Silvia Ferrer.
According to the official, the airport will start receiving flights from Russia by the Nordwind Airline company.
Cuba started to reopen airports November 15 expecting to initially receive over 400 flights a week from different nations of the world.
