HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 16 (ACN) Ricardo Cabrisas, Cuban deputy prime minister and head of foreign trade and foreign investment, began today a working visit to China that will last until October 26.
According to the Cuban foreign ministry, the senior official will co-chair the XXX Session of the Intergovernmental Commission for economic, commercial and financial relations between the two nations.
As part of his program, the deputy premier will also meet with senior authorities of the Government and the Communist Party of China ( CCP) and directors of institutions with an impact on economic-commercial relations and bilateral cooperation in priority sectors and high social impact.
During his first day of work, Cabrisas will hold a meeting with members of the Cuban State Mission, as well as visit the facilities of the joint venture Biotech Pharmaceutical L
