HAVANA, Cuba, Apr 30 (ACN) Miguel Diaz-Canel, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the country, called today to crowd the squares throughout the country this May 1, to celebrate the International Workers’ Day.
On X, the head of state described as moving the days that in Cuba always precede the celebration of the feast of the world proletariat.
In this year’s call for May 1st, the Cuban Workers’ Federation (CTC by its Spanish acronym) urged to organize militant and colorful rallies in squares, towns and workplaces.
