Russian foreign minister Lavrov to arrive in Cuba on Feb. 19

HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 16 (ACN) Serguei V. Lavrov, foreign minister from the Russian Federation, will arrive in Cuba next Monday, February 19, according to a statement issued by the Cuban foreign ministry.

This is Lavrov’s ninth visit to Cuba since his appointment to the post.
