Havana, Feb 8 (ACN) Cuba and Venezuela take steps to further expand academic exchange as representatives of both nations signed a MOU for Education and Scientific Collaboration between the two Higher Education ministries.
The accord, signed during the 14th Universidad 2024 International Higher Education Congress, aims at revitalizing bilateral relations in the areas of research and education by linking different academic institutions, said Sandra Oblitas Ruzza, Venezuelan Education Minister.
