SANTIAGO DE CUBA, Cuba, Feb 27 (ACN) A wreath on behalf of the Cuban people was laid today in front of the funeral monument erected to Carlos Manuel de Cespedes in the Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, in this eastern city, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of his fall in combat.
