Havana, Feb 13 (ACN) The South African government filed an urgent request on Tuesday with the International Justice Court (IJC) on Israel’s decision to keep with its military operations in the city of Rafah.

The South African requests cited section 1 in article 75th of the Court Rules which states that the court “may decide at any time to consider, motu proprio, if current circumstances require additional provisions to be met by any or all parties.”
