HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 16 (ACN) The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) will consider on November 1 and 2 the draft resolution on the need to put an end to the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States government against Cuba.
In making the announcement on the social network X, the island’s foreign minister, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, announced that, as has been the case since 1992, the international community will demand Cuba’s right to live without the effects of this unilateral, extraterritorial and genocidal policy.
He specified that at current prices, the accumulated damages amount to 159,084 million dollars, and in the last year reached 4,867 million dollars (405 million dollars per month).
Cuban diplomat recalled that the blockade measures as of 2019 escalated to an extreme dimension, m
