Havana, July 4 (ACN) The Cuban Communist Party Politburo submitted its report to the 10th Plenary Meeting of the Political organization’s Central Committee, headed by its first secretary Miguel Diaz-Canel.
Organization secretary Roberto Morales read a report on the main actions taken by the political organization during the latest period of time and the challenges facing the nation due to the strengthening of the US hostile Cuba policy.
The report describes as a pending issue to resolve the recovery of the local economy, hard hit by the US blockade, the shortage of fuels and lack of resources. Although some macro-economic indicators show slight advancement, results do not favor the people’s everyday life.
